  1. Download the Alpha Form. Edit the form as necessary and e-mail to the director.
  2. Send your registration fee to the above address.
  3. No full or partial registration fees will be refunded for any reason.
  4. Fill in the number of entries you are entering in each category in the check lists on this form. Read the rules  to see how many may be entered in each category.
